Stunning to look at, packed with action and downright hilarious – new blockbuster A Minecraft Movie is all of those things, thrilling fans of the gaming franchise and film lovers alike. And now, Cineworld is giving you the chance to have even more fun while watching this awesome new release, by inviting you to attend our special Chicken Jockey screenings on Sunday April 13 – in 4DX!
These special one-off screenings will give you the chance to let your hair down and interact with the action by dressing up as your favourite Minecraft character, whooping, clapping and shouting "Chicken Jockey" as you see fit!
There are some rules we don’t break. So here’s the deal: build excitement? Absolutely. LOL with friends till you’re rolling in the aisles? Totally. But please don’t go full Creeper in the auditorium. Remember to leave the cinema looking like a well-built base, not like it got griefed by a bunch of Endermen. No mess please, just good clean fun.
To make the Chicken Jockey screenings even more interactive, we're hosting them in 4DX. In case you don't know what that is, this spectacular format uses motion (your seat will jerk, tilt and vibrate in time with the action), strobe lighting and a whole host of sensory effects (wind, water spray, authentic smells, etc) to thrusts you right into the heart of the action. Breathtaking and exhilarating, 4DX will take your enjoyment of A Minecraft Movie to a whole new level. Don't believe us? Just take a look at some of the things people have said on social media...
