From Marvel to high-stakes carjacking – Brie Larson is the latest addition to the Fast & Furious franchise.
The Captain Marvel star and Room Oscar-winner will be bolstering the ranks (sorry, "family") of Fast & Furious 10. Franchise figurehead Vin Diesel confirmed the news with the following Instagram post.
Fast & Furious 10 will be helmed by series regular Justin Lin and is purported to be the penultimate movie in the series.
There's no word yet on who Larson is playing. Stalwart Diesel will also be joined by another newcomer, Aquaman's Jason Momoa who is set to play the latest Fast & Furious villain.
A host of familiar faces will make up the numbers including Charlize Theron and Helen Mirren. Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris, Tyrese Gibson and Jordana Brewster are among the franchise vets also due to make an appearance.
Fast & Furious 10 is scheduled to blast off the line on 19th May 2023.
