Accessing Cineworld Dublin
Throughout the site, whether you access Cineworld Dublin from Parnell Street or the mall, we cater for Wheelchair access.
When accessing through the front door, there is a ramp which will help bring you up to the box office level just above ground level.
If you are accessing Cineworld Dublin from the car park located to the rear of the cinema, there are lifts available on all parts of the journey.
Similarly, if you are accessing from the side entrance of the mall, there is a specially designed ramp, which allows easy access to the cinema.
Screen Access and Facilities
Six disabled toilets are available in the cinema.
All screens are equipped with special easy-to-access wheelchair spaces.
Numbers and location of wheelchair spaces can be found out by asking at box office. All our box office points are airline style check-in desks. They are designed to be a more comfortable height for all users including wheelchair users.
Please be aware currently we have no wheelchair access to screen 8 however, we still have wheelchair access to all other screens - please ask a member of staff for assistance.
Hearing impaired guests
Hearing loops (either infra red or induction) are installed at Cineworld Dublin. This facility is available in all screens.
There's no need to book an infra red receiver in advance (except for groups) as these are available at the BOX OFFICE. We'll be happy to show you how they work. We recommend that you contact the cinema ahead of your visit.
You will be asked to leave a credit card or other form of ID while the set is being used.
Hearing dogs are, of course, welcome at all times in all of our cinemas, and room will be made available in the auditorium to accommodate them.
Guide dogs are, of course, welcome at all times in all of our cinemas, and room will be made available in the auditorium to accommodate them.
If you are telephone booking for an allocated seating performance, please ensure that you inform the telephone operator if you have special seating needs. For unallocated seating performances we recommend you arrive in good time. Our team are always on hand to help in every possible way.
